Valerie Rainford- CEO at Elloree Talent Agency
I am SUPER EXCITED to share my decision to leave JPMC at the end of the year to launch my own consulting practice to double down on strategies that advance black talent.
It has been an INCREDIBLE opportunity to design and lead JPMC’s Advancing Black Leaders Strategy for the last three years to historic results. Representation of black executives and students is at an all-time high at the firm. The programs we have launched have become a blueprint for hiring, retaining and advancing diverse talent across industries. I am excited to now share the experience, learnings, and practices with other companies to broaden the reach and impact.
I will shift to supporting JPMC in a consulting capacity starting in January as they continue to build on the foundational work established as part of the Advancing Black Leaders Strategy.
In the meantime, I will finish up work commitments; do a little travel, catch up with friends, while also working to get my new, exciting venture, “ELLOREE TALENT” off the ground. I am beyond excited! Ready for the next chapter.
Stay tuned for more, early next year...
Yay, Valerie! We can't wait to see what you have up your sleeves. Sending you a HUGE Congratulations from our family here at PCA!
